We have a Patient Portal through Care Cloud that provides an easy way to update your information. You must receive a “token” number from our office and then register on the portal with a user name and log in. The process is very simple. If you are interested in having a portal account, please call our office today and request a “token” number. Anyone who answers should be able to provide this to you. Once you have an active portal account, we can upload your records and lab results with a click of the mouse!
